Printed Little Things post orders Australia wide, with Australia Post.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Postage: approximately 4-7 business days,

  • Express Postage: approximately 1-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on location or seasonal demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcels journey.

Orders are processed and created within approximately 7 business days before being shipped.

At check out, you can select either standard or express postage.

Postage fee is based on weight of the package:

Standard Postage:

  • Up to 250g is $12.00

  • Up to 500g is $14.00

Express Postage:

  • Up to 250g is $15.00

  • Up to 500g is $17.00

Terms & Returns

All orders are final, due to the custom nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been placed.

Please ensure you check the quality of your image before uploading. Printed Little Things does not edit or adjust any images prior to printing. For best results:

  • Use a high-resolution photo for the best print quality.

  • Make sure your image is cropped or centred how you’d like it to appear – we print exactly as uploaded.

If there’s an issue with your order once it arrives, please contact us at hello@printedlittlethings.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll do our best to resolve any problems quickly and fairly. If your item arrives damaged, please provide a photo of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Orders are handmade and take approximately 7 days to create before shipping.

Printed Little Things is based in Australia and all transactions are processed in AUD.

Use & Storage of customer images:

Printed Little Things values your privacy and treats all uploaded images with care. Your photos are used solely for the purpose of creating your custom products.

Uploaded images are stored securely while your order is being processed and for up to 7 days after delivery (to allow for any damage or quality concerns). After this period, all files are permanently deleted from our system.

We never use, share, or reproduce your images for any other purpose without your explicit permission.
